When Should I Use Vegan Meal Replacement?

We raden 2 tot 3 porties per dag aan. Voeg 350 ml water of melk toe aan je TPW™ Master Blender. Hoe minder vloeistof je gebruikt, des te dikker je shake zal zijn. Je kunt de dikte dus aanpassen aan je eigen voorkeur.

Voor mannen: Voeg 2 schepjes (60g) toe aan 300-350 ml water of melk in je TPW™ Master Blender. Vervolgens goed mengen en opdrinken.

Voor vrouwen: Voeg 1 schepje (30g) toe aan 150-175 ml water of melk in je TPW™ Master Blender. Vervolgens goed mengen en opdrinken.

V. Wat betekenen "droge basis" en "as-is" wanneer we het hebben over proteïnegehalte?

A. Als je op het etiket van een proteïnepoeder ziet staan dat de proteïne wordt gegeven als "droge basis", dan betekent dit dat het vocht dat in het poeder zit wordt meegerekend voor de totale proteïnewaarde. Het vocht in droge proteïnepoeders bedraagt meestal ongeveer 4%. Als bij een proteïnesupplement "as-is" staat, betekent dit het eigenlijke proteïnegehalte van het poeder, zonder rekening te houden met het watergehalte. Met andere woorden: de werkelijke proteïne die je consumeert. Daar de prijs van whey de afgelopen jaren sterk is gestegen als gevolg van de grote vraag in de sector van de sportvoeding, geven sommige merken je niet alle feiten over het ware proteïnegehalte in hun producten.
